Job Summary

A developer of music streaming software has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating an amazing experience for all customers
  • Triaging tickets by knowing when and where to escalate issues
  • Solving tickets through 1-touch resolution

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years hospitality and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
