Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting customers via phone and email with billing issues and process payments
  • Raising issues to appropriate resources per established procedures and ensure follow-up to resolution
  • Monitoring work queues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a customer support role supporting customers via telephone and email
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
  • Working knowledge of various Internet browsers
