A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers via phone and email with billing issues and process payments
- Raising issues to appropriate resources per established procedures and ensure follow-up to resolution
- Monitoring work queues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
- Minimum 1 years experience in a customer support role supporting customers via telephone and email
- Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
- Working knowledge of various Internet browsers
