Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping to define our customer experience and build a world-class support organization
  • Analyzing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer issues
  • Managing and resolving customer support requests using email, chat, and phone

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or software customer support (or similar function)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • A desire to work closely with customers in sometimes tough situations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Slack or similar platforms
