Job Summary

A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Support Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate complex excel models

  • Experience with commission plans and calculations
