Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acquiring a deep understanding of NoSQL key-value databases
- Testing and proposing changes to improve security, performance, or ease of use
- Troubleshooting, proposing solutions, and fixing open-source database engines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Conversant with Linux and its administration
- BS CS degree or equivalent discipline
- Strong programming skills and knowledge of database internals
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and analysis of algorithms
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 5+ years database-oriented experience
