Job Summary

A company that offers a suite of software solutions to event planners is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineer Assistant Team Lead in Tysons Corner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Helping support and expand an events and travel software product line that is used worldwide
  • Implementing new features and integrating them into a cloud landscape
  • Collaborate with other product teams in the suite to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise Java applications
  • Full-Stack Engineering background building out RESTful microservices architecture
  • Solid Javascript experience leveraging react.js or angular.js
  • Good knowledge in the public AWS domain
  • Full Understanding of DevOps and Build tools such as Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins
  • Strong Knowledge and Experience with database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, CouchDB, and Mongo DB
