Job Summary

A human resources technology and consulting company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineer in Test.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Enabling our team to build software safely and rapidly by providing automation in our quality assurance practice
• Performing functional testing, automated test development and consulting, and developing and managing an overall product risk assessment
• Consulting with engineers on developing unit tests, and evangelize on-bench testing as part of the software development and review process

Required Skills:

• Ability to ooccasionally travel for professional development and/or training
• 2-3+ years of manual/functional testing
• 2+ years of automated testing experience
• Ability to deliver quality work product that meets acceptance criteria and functions as expected
• Ability to contribute to a codebase with clear standards for syntax and approach
• Ability to delight our customers with a polished user experience that enhances their overall relationship with our product
