Job Summary

A travel booking company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineer Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with team members across disciplines to define an inspiring product vision focused on our customers
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop a culture promoting technical excellence
  • Leading new architecture and implementation for customer-facing products and app experiences

Position Requirements Include:

  • Recent hands-on experience coding and reviewing code, and designing systems and APIs
  • 2+ years experience managing 6-10 Backend, Android, and iOS Engineers
  • Demonstrated experience architecting secure, reliable systems to power innovative in-app experiences at scale
  • Managed technical debt and feature development to continuously deliver user value without compromising technical quality
  • Successfully championed documentation, clean code, and testing practices to promote system reliability
