Job Summary
A web design and development agency is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage assigned budgets, targets, KPIs, and spending
- Provide coaching and mentoring to direct and indirect reports
- Develop and manage quality and efficiency of engineering
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of engineering experience with strong practical skills and experience in 2 primary practices
- 5+ years of direct management experience, including managing other managers and hiring experience
- Bachelor degree or 4 years additional experience
- Able to pass a federal background check
- U.S. Resident 3 of the past 5 years
