Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead the software development efforts of the team and utilizes expertise on techniques, tools, languages, and practices to guide and mentor
• Guide and mentor teams in solving the problems of building enterprise software
• Prioritize, monitor, and manage results through planning, attention to detail, and decision making

Required Skills:

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to identify and proactively manage and mitigate project obstacles and risks
• Ability to review and revises project work plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements
• Ability to ensure the overall code quality of the company' code base
• Ability to perform key people management responsibilities including hiring, on boarding, developing, and supervising team
• Ability to atively collaborates with the engineering leadership team to solve problems and improve the function of the engineering organization
