Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building the fastest web plan viewer and editor, end to end across our stack
• Overseeing a team of 5-10 Product Engineers
• Developing a culture of high-performance and winning while still having fun doing it

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years experience in an engineering management role
• Experience with Rails, Angular, and Docker
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience building a diverse team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Familiar with complicated software architectures of high concurrency
