A healthcare insurance company is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Manager in Columbus.

Must be able to:

Build and manage a team of Software Engineers
Recruit, hire, mentor, and coach technical staff
Own all operational metrics and support for your team’s software

Qualifications Include:

2+ years experience managing and building diverse software development teams
5+ years experience developing software including designing and building distributed systems
Experience forming teams and recruiting software engineers, developing careers
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering
Track record of contributing to the architecture and design
Knowledge of modern programming languages such as C++, Go, or Java
