Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Kibana Software Engineering Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting, retaining, developing, and mentoring high performing leaders and engineers within the software team
- Working with leadership to organize effectively, scale and coordinate delivery
- Collaborating closely with software's product and technical leadership, developing, prioritizing, communicating and delivering software product's vision and roadmap
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience growing and leading a large team of engineers and managers (at minimum 80 people)
- Experience leading teams that build user interfaces, ideally with JavaScript and SPA libraries like React
- Familiarity with the skills, tools, and process needed to make high quality UI/UX
- Experience leading on-prem software delivery with a maintenance cycle
- Experience managing and allocating budget and resources
