Job Summary

A software development firm specializing in network security is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Senior Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Guiding integration partnerships across companies and manage cross team Engineering projects
• Broadening product deployment options and implementing a new model to be used in multiproduct offerings
• Communicating and delivering significant development plans, coach and mentor teams

Required Skills:

• Experience of managing complex, cross team, technical projects to successful outcomes
• Have the ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization
• Experience working in a global organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven facilitator capable of handling both large (10-20 people) interactive meetings
• Must be able to manage healthy conflict between individuals and teams to resolution
