Job Summary

A peer-to-peer lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Leading, growing and elevating the engineering team
Gathering the appropriate data and making informed, critical decisions quickly
Acting as the Engineering organization’s mission driven leader

Qualifications Include:

15+ years of experience as an elite-level contributor in the software and technology world
VP of Engineering/Development at an established, high-growth technology company
Experience developing and delivering complex, highly scalable, end-to-end solutions
Proven leadership experience building and effectively managing a technology team of 50+
Be hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves (e.g. code reviews) to support the team
Experience in managing external contract development teams
