Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Memberships Customer Service Representative in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling customer service queue of incoming member calls and emails
- Handling live chat and SMS text queues within the SLA goals
- Processing all credits and adjustments to member accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years prior customer service and retention experience
- Computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office applications, Salesforce experience a plus)
- Confidence in speaking to customers
- Desire to learn new products and applications
