A marketing software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Onboarding Specialist in Salt Lake City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Educating, enabling and nurturing customers through the company's onboarding experience
  • Driving successful activation and adoption of a company’s senders
  • Implementing and encouraging integrations with our partner products

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Onboarding role at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of working with customers on deployment, adoption, and projects
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance on onboarding / implementation goals
  • Experience with Salesforce
