Job Summary
A business services and development company has an open position for a Remote Software Platform Customer Success Program Manager in Orlando.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with a small portfolio of accounts and drive business
- Provide day-to-day program management of the customer journey
- Coordinate stakeholder teams to ensure product adoption
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years progressive experience delivering large digital programs
- 5+ years progressive experience as a Program Manager
- Clear understanding of common Customer Success concepts
- Experience helping customers deploy and see the value of the products
- Proven track record in driving business outcomes for customers
- Experience working in consultative environment
