Job Summary
A transportation solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Software Product Design Director.
Must be able to:
- Define and execute on the product design experience strategy and roadmap
- Work with the product design team to understand
- Coach, develop and recruit a diverse team of product designers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of relevant design experience in digital products
- 4+ years in people management
- Experience with internal-facing software as well as external facing SaaS solutions
- A systems thinker that’s familiar and comfortable with an agile environment
- Strong mentorship and coaching qualities
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and pragmatic, and you drive to strong results
