Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Product Operations Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Manage projects related to feature development and maintenance
  • Assist with first responder responsibilities
  • Summarize and report on trends and themes in feature requests, support tickets and churn reasons

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of project management, operations or product management experience
  • Experience with product analytics tools like Heap, Looker, or similar
  • Experience with project management and workflow tools like Trello, Github, Asana and Slack
  • Experience with QA and logging/tracking bugs in Github, Clubhouse or a similar system
  • Comfortability with Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides) or similar product suites
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams
