Job Summary
A subscription billing and revenue management platform is in need of a Remote Software Professional Services Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding the high-level requirements and sharing the estimated time and cost for the project
- Working with the customer, to gather the scope and document end-to-end requirements
- Creating business flow diagrams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, collaboration tools, and JIRA or similar
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines while exercising sound judgment
- 3+ years with software development, QA, release management, or project management
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related or equivalent experience
- Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with customers and driving projects to completion prior to the committed deadline
