A health technology company is seeking a Remote Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Testing software releases
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Looking for ways to improve our testing and support processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s (or the equivalent in experience) in Information technology or a similar computer related field
- 3+ years experience in software quality assurance
- Solid manual testing skills
- 3+ years experience in software quality assurance
- Experience in black box functional, integration, and regression testing
- Experience in authoring test cases and test procedures
