Job Summary

A health technology company is seeking a Remote Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Testing software releases
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Looking for ways to improve our testing and support processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s (or the equivalent in experience) in Information technology or a similar computer related field
  • 3+ years experience in software quality assurance
  • Solid manual testing skills
  • 3+ years experience in software quality assurance
  • Experience in black box functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Experience in authoring test cases and test procedures
