A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Testing site bugs
• Assigning helpdesk tickets to the right team member
• Updating application documentation, processes and standard operating procedures

• Ability to assign/triage helpdesk ticket to the right team member

• Ability to manually test new features and bug fixes
