Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Sales Development Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to improve lead flow and lead quality
  • Work with others across the company to improve our ideal customer profile (ICP) for both individual customers
  • Participate in improving lead management processes

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as an SDR, BDR, or in Sales Operations
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with multiple lead sources including user-driven sign-up
  • Experience with cold-calling prospective customers
  • Experience researching potential customers against one or more ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
