Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Sales Development Representative Manager.
Must be able to:
- Scale and manage a high-performing team of 10+ SDRs
- Own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals
- Manage the day to day activities for all BDRs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of SDR leadership experience
- Track record of excellence leading high performing and pipeline generation
- Successfully managed 10+ SDRs in a hybrid working environment
- Data-driven and able to identify gaps and opportunities
- Have experience managing a Sales/Marketing stack
- You can read data and build your own SFDC reports
