Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Sales Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing new seller onboarding and deliver continuous learning / training programs
  • Managing strategic projects that drive sales productivity
  • Supporting development of sales assets (including pitch decks, data sheets, battle cards, etc)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with enterprise software sales process / methodology
  • Relevant experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role at a high-growth tech company
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal / written communication skills and presentation ability
