Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Sales Enablement Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing new seller onboarding and deliver continuous learning / training programs
- Managing strategic projects that drive sales productivity
- Supporting development of sales assets (including pitch decks, data sheets, battle cards, etc)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales process / methodology
- Relevant experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role at a high-growth tech company
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal / written communication skills and presentation ability
