Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Enablement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and tracking KPIs to inform continuous improvement
  • Developing training content from scratch and continuously improve on it
  • Designing and implementing sales training to ensure team is well versed with existing solution enhancements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years in Enterprise Sales Enablement (B2B)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor in Science, Arts or equivalent degree
  • Expert-level communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders, and also working with external vendors
