A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Sales Strategy and Operations Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being a strategic business partner to the Regional business
- Managing and supporting Americas forecasting
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 20+ years of experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
- Experience using Salesforce.com, Tableau, Anaplan, and DWH
- Experience developing dashboards and operational metrics
