Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Sales Strategy and Operations Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being a strategic business partner to the Regional business
  • Managing and supporting Americas forecasting
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 20+ years of experience
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, Tableau, Anaplan, and DWH
  • Experience developing dashboards and operational metrics
