Job Summary
A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Support Analyst Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of support analysts
- Provide quality software support to clients using the company's specification content and editing software
- Support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel to Woburn, MA or Portland, ME occasionally for meetings and training
- Strong oral and written communication
- 2+ years customer service or software support experience
- Successful history working in a team environment
- Experience leading a team or managing employees
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
