Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Software Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming product requests (questions, problems) directly from customers
  • Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Actively manage client support cases on a daily basis

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a tier 2 Technical Support capacity
  • Experienced in writing support content
  • Comfortable with integration concepts and process flows in SaaS technology ecosystems
  • Comfortable with SaaS / Cloud business applications
