Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software/Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for custom software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for core and critical software applications
  • Assist with on-the-job training for custom developed software
  • Work primarily during an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of software technical support experience in a remote position
  • Experience in computer technical support, preferably in a clinical information system environment
  • Level 1 and Level 2 support experience preferred
