Job Summary

A privately-held technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering phones and emails, providing support on a wide range of topics
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to new and prospective customers
  • Reviewing customer requirements to provide the most optimal solution for their organization

Qualifications Include:
