- Managing cases through Customer Relations Management software (SalesForce )
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field with 3.5+ GPA
- Electronic Health Record Experience
- Phone based customer service experience
- CRM documentation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
