  • Working trouble tickets logged via the web and through email
  • Taking phone calls from EHR clients to troubleshoot questions and Issues
  • Managing cases through Customer Relations Management software (SalesForce )

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field with 3.5+ GPA
  • Electronic Health Record Experience
  • Phone based customer service experience
  • CRM documentation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
