Job Summary

A cloud-based software and technology developer is in need of a Remote Software Support Technical Analyst 3.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions
  • Serve as an advocate for customer needs
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4 years experience with Core products or 5 years experience with Applications products
  • Technical degree with a 3.0 GPA OR (for Applications) or proven professional/ technical experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Advanced database skills
  • Experience in Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Deployments
  • Knowledge of operating systems (WINDOWS, LINUX)
