Job Summary

An information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Software Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to and resolving user questions
  • Analyzing and resolving production problems
  • Supporting application configuration

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Workday security and reporting (standard Workday and custom) is a must
  • Strong Experience with Workday integrations
  • Kronos experience
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
