Job Summary
A computer software developer is filling a position for a Remote Software Technical Writer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating, revising, and expanding technical documentation
- Exploring our product, researching it, and understanding it
- Interacting with multiple teams, including product development, technical support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to write to a technical audience or a business / general user audience.
- Samples of writing
- Working knowledge of common programming language vernacular
- Familiarity with basic syntax and structures, ability to format code
- Ability to read and write code samples, familiarity with version control systems such as Git
