Job Summary

A leading provider of program management global solutions in the US and European markets has an open position for a Remote Solution CRM Architect.

Must be able to:

• Lead the journey of digitizing the customer experience, along with Medical Supplies Functional leaders and external partners
• Manage new acquisitions and integrations
• Implement world class software and data technologies to power the corporate vision

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of experience and professional experience configuring or managing Salesforce.com, Ecommerce solutions, Brightree, ERP and/or mobile applications
• Demonstrated experience leading CRM implementation
• Experience implementing Salesforce.com CRM, Shopify, Google Analytics, Brighttree, and EDI
• Demonstrated passion for learning and ability to manage expectations effectively across stakeholders
• Experience with vendor management and project management of outsourced teams
• Experience with customer data architecture and the criticality of integration across value chains
