Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Solutions Consultants Sales Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create an 18-24 month onboarding plan for the Associate Solution Consultant program
- Deliver and enhance onboarding content for Solutions Consultants
- Develop social selling curriculum for BDRs, AEs, and SCs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Sales Engineer, CSM, or related field with experience working directly with customers
- 2+ years in Sales Enablement, learning and development or related field with developing coursework for adult learners
- Knowledge of adult learning theory concepts, basic instructional design skills, and comfort with delivering training
- Experience working in technology/software industries
