Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Solutions Consulting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading individuals with the skills and abilities to fulfill a Solutions Consultant role on the MFG & High Tech team
- Coaching and mentoring a team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of customer activities
- Working with sales, partners, product teams, leadership, and other resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing and /or building a team of Solutions Consultants within a growing organization
- Throughout your career, you have developed the ability to manage complex initiatives, while effectively leading people and teams
- Passionate about people & technology, you have technical/business experience in client-facing roles
- 10+ years of experience working with leading enterprise technology in a presales capacity
- Experience managing pre-sales/Solutions Consulting teams and helping them develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems
- Experience delivering customer-focused PoCs and custom demonstrations
