Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive innovative solutions to connect knowledge between Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to deliver new features and products.
Own the RFQ response and proposal writing process
Own existing CMS and CRM processes related to solutions for new products and to win new business
Identify new processes for scale.
Assist with the creation, distribution and communication of the roadmap.
Work with stakeholders to triage and track customer feature requests.
Identify and own KPIs and communication processes.
Develop and maintain a central product knowledge base.
Subject Matter Expert for agile scrum processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, ceremonies, etc.


Education:
BA/ BS in Business or related field

3+ years working with sales and engineering teams on SaaS solutions
Thrives in a startup environment bringing a new product to market preferred
