Job Summary
A construction materials manufacturer is seeking a Remote Specialty Retail Software Implementation Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing all daily activities of the Implementation Services team
- Ensuring all product installations are completed in an effective and timely manner
- Establishing and organizing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years total business experience
- 2+ years of experience in management and/or customer service
- Personnel leadership with proven track record of achievement
- Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching team members
- Proven knowledge of business and modeling skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, CRM, and Microsoft Project
