Job Summary

A product development company is seeking a Remote Sports Fan Engagement Operations Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring our product mechanics are working as expected to display and result betting markets for the end user
  • Overseeing our game-day operations to ensure our team is being both accurate and fast
  • Communicating internally to recommend product improvements based on operations experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with live operation of a product
  • Deep knowledge of sports and their rules - mainly CFB, MLB, NBA and NFL
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Self-starter and strategic thinking skills to excel at creatively solving problems
