Job Summary
A sports technology company has a current position open for a Remote Sports Technology Customer Experience Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide collaborative support to internal partners and peers through slack and knowledge sharing
- Take ownership of customer issues to discover root causes, solve their problems, and provide feedback
- Test the newest features and products before they go live to our customers
