Job Summary

A sports technology company has a current position open for a Remote Sports Technology Customer Experience Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide collaborative support to internal partners and peers through slack and knowledge sharing
  • Take ownership of customer issues to discover root causes, solve their problems, and provide feedback
  • Test the newest features and products before they go live to our customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience providing customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • High performance as a CX Agent
  • Ability to help customers find solutions and learn about our product to identify their best experience
  • Ability to navigate customer issues and internal tools seamlessly
  • Ability to have a positive attitude, ready to offer help and support in a friendly and professional way
