Job Summary

A privately held software technology company is in need of a Remote Staff Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Being the point person for processing all transactions, across AP and AR
  • Owning bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Working directly with our CFO, Founders, and customers

Required Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years bookkeeping experience
  • Strong command of QuickBooks Online (QBO Certification preferred) and Excel
  • Experience with Bill.com and Stripe a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail
