Job Summary

A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Staff Accountant near Denver.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Processing Accounts Payable, including coding and posting bills, creating weekly ACH payment batches
• Processing Accounts Receivable, including posting payments, entering deposits
• Invoicing, including creating and emailing customer invoices

Required Skills:

• Comfortable using Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• A strong customer service orientation - you like working with and helping fun, smart people
• Attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths
• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during regular working hours
