Job Summary
A consumer financial services company is seeking a Remote Staff Applied Machine Learning Scientist in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Develop machine learning models that optimize decision making in fraud and underwriting
- Build models that create a two-sided, recommendations-driven marketplace
- Research ground breaking solutions and develop prototypes that drive future of decisioning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasionally travel to company office for meetings or team building events
- PhD with 3+ years industry experience, 5+ years with a MS, or 7+ years with a BS
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms
- Strong programming skills in python
- Experience using frameworks for machine learning and data science
- Experience with AWS technical stack
