An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Staff Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Drafting and updating compliance guidance and educational tools
• Tracking employee benefits and labor and employment legislation
• Creating and delivering educational presentations

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years’ experience with legal research, writing, and document review
• JD and licensed and in good standing
• Excellent research, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Possess general business acumen
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and systems
