A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Staff Compensation Analyst 4 in Tualatin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the monthly stock grant list working with HR Support and Talent Acquisition
• Maintaining survey provider relationships and subscription renewals
• Supporting Sr Compensation Partners with ad hoc market analysis

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
• Competence in the analysis of data
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the Compensation function or other relevant experience
• Self-starter and ability to work with ambiguities
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for accuracy with a sense of urgency
