Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Staff Engineer Project Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate and select tools to meet project needs
  • Mentor and cross-train with other engineers via design discussions and code reviews
  • Advocate for and implement engineering best practices

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 8 years of industry coding/infrastructure experience
  • Experience with AWS
  • Proficiency in at least two commonly used modern programming languages
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers
  • Specific familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Javascript, or React
