Job Summary
A biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Staff IVD Development Bioinformatics Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and analyze verification and validation experiments
- Develop statistical methods and procedures
- Develop and execute bioinformatics analysis plans with testable acceptance criteria
Qualifications for this position include:
- MS or Ph.D. in a related quantitative field
- 4 -6+ years of industry experience depending on degree level
- Experience designing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and visualizing experiments
- Bioinformatics skills in genomics, sequence analysis, python or R under version control
- Working knowledge of statistical methods
